About Dr. Tiffany Gray Tiffany R. Gray, DrPH, MPH has over 9 years of experience in the field of public health, regulatory compliance and behavioral health research. Dr. Gray holds a Doctorate in Public Health in Health Behavior and a Master’s in Public Health in Maternal and Child Health, from the Milken Institute School of Public Health at the George Washington University in Washington, DC. Currently a public health advisor for the DC Department of Health, as well as Adjunct Faculty at the Milken Institute School of Public Health, Franklin Pierce School of Law at the University of New Hampshire, and Columbia University. She is also Associate Editor for Frontiers in Blockchain, Co-Chair of the Blockchain in Healthcare Global-IEEE Research Subgroup Committee and Fellow, and an Ambassador for Patientory, Inc. Dr. Gray serves as Research & Science Advisor to Axes & Eggs, a DC/Dubai based blockchain think-tank, focused on the applications of distributed ledger technologies in public health, global health, and healthcare administration. In addition, she serves as an advisor at Aventura Engineering, as well as TruDiary, a tech-based application focused on improving health and reducing health disparities and inequities among women of color. She is also a board member of the Black Women in Blockchain Council.
