Tom's next guest is Dr Mark Gosnell, a Democratic candidate in the 7th District -- the seat made available by the death of Rep. Elijah Cummings. Dr. Gosnell is the Director of the Intensive Care Unit at Medstar Harbor Hospital and also the chief of pulmonary medicine there. This is his first run for public office. Healthcare is one of his chief policy concerns.
