Today, Tom explores the rich history of food, farming and environmental conservation in Harford County.His guest is Dr. Sharon Stowers, a professor of anthropology and sociology -- who is also a registered dietitian and nutritionist.She is Harford Community College's first Scholar-in-Residence and has been researching Harford County's agriculture and food scene.
